Tax Credit Almost Over

It's crunch time for those who are looking to take advantage of the extended Tax Credit.  ALL contracts must be in and signed by all partied by April 30th.  

IF you are one of these people and you have been  doing your homework on the market, then you still have time before you put in your final offer.  But don't think that 2 months is plenty of time because if you are not offering the exact asking price you must be prepared for a count-offer or 2, which can extend the process longer thanexpected.
